1 rabbit of 1-1.5 kg, 1 jar of romesco sauce, olive oil, 1 chili pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, black pepper, chopped fresh parsley and salt.
1. Season the rabbit open in the middle and drizzle it with olive oil. Next, put it in the oven preheated to 200 ºC and bake it for 35 minutes.
2. Peel the garlic cloves, cut them into slices together with the chili and brown them over low heat in a pan with olive oil.
3. When the rabbit is ready, spread the sauce over it and serve it together with the romesco sauce and the freshly chopped parsley.
