INGREDIENTS:
1 Burger rabbit Cunexca of 150g, 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, 1/2 onion cut into slices, 1/4 lettuce pod, 100gr butter or margarine and mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard (to taste).
ELABORATION:
1. 1. Put a Cunexca hamburger on a griddle, pan or grill over medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Reserve.
2. We fry an egg and reserve.
3. We prepare the bread by smearing both parts with a little butter or margarine and we pass it through the pan or griddle so that it is a little crunchy.
4. Ready to ride, we take the lower half of the bun and put the lettuce on top, then place the hamburger and cheese, place the onion and then the egg and we can close with the upper part of the bun to which we will have put a little mayonnaise or the sauce that we like.
