Rabbit meatballs with potatoes

Time: 15 min.                   Difficulty:Easy              Rations: 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tray of Cunexca rabbit meatballs, 1 raw potato, 1 lettuce pod, 1 tomato, oil and salt.

ELABORATION:
1. In a frying pan, heat plenty of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the meatballs directly to the pan, if desired, you can finely coat the meatballs with flour or breadcrumbs. Fry each of the meatballs evenly. Once the desired frying color is achieved, they will be removed and reserved.

2. Peel a medium potato and cut it into small cubes for frying. We can use the same oil if it is clean or replace it if there are residues from the frying of the meatballs.

3. Prepare a little salad with lettuce, tomato, onion and other vegetables if desired.

4. Once the dish is assembled, we can add tomato sauce on top of the meatballs if desired.
