Rabbit meatballs with tomato

1 Tray of Cunexca rabbit meatballs, fried tomato with onion, oil, sugar, salt, garlic, pepper and parsley.

1. We will start by making the tomato sauce, for this we mince the onion and one of the garlic cloves. In a thick-bottomed casserole, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic in it slowly for 10 minutes.

2. Add the crushed tomato and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, adding pepper, half a teaspoon of sugar and salt. We booked.

3. In a large frying pan, add the oil and heat it, frying the meatballs in batches.

4. Once we are done, we add the meatballs in the tomato sauce and let it cook together over medium heat for 20 minutes.
